該系列鍋爐采用雙鍋筒縱向布置，使得爐膛的容積得以增大，延長了煙氣停留時間，爐膛設計了雙漩渦燃盡室，布置了二次風，空氣動力狀況極為優(yōu)良，使得揮發(fā)份的燃盡率極高。

在鍋爐本體設計上，該系列鍋爐采用了膜式壁結構，減少了漏風，加強了保溫效果并大大減輕了重量，使得運輸、安裝非?？旖莘奖?。較之于組裝鍋爐,成本大大降低，安裝工期大為縮短。

The series adopts double-drum and longitudinal layout to make the volume of furmace larger and the residence time of flue gas longer. The double-whirlpol secondary furmace and the secondary air are aranged, so the aerodynamie condition is exellet and the burnout eficiency of volatiles is very high.

For the boiler proper, membrane wall structure is used to reduce its air leakage, weight, and greatly improve the insulation efet, so the tarsporation and the inaslation becomne more convenient and easier. Compared with asembly boilers, the cost and the installation period will be greatly lower and shorter.
